“I can’t begin to tell you how much the KAMO group has benefited my two sons and myself at a time when we really needed it”.
Single mother of two KAMOKIDS who have now grown into adulthood
Highly recommend KAMO! We are so grateful for the amazing opportunities they provide kids that might not otherwise have the connections/contacts to experience. KAMO mentors are so wonderful, patient and kind. Proud to be a mom of a KAMO kid.

I wanted to share with you and all the other KAMO Mentors that Nathan got his 1st deer last night. No, it wasn’t during a KAMO outing, but it NEVER could have happened without everything KAMO has done for him, AND myself. Hunter Safety on the Prairie for both of us, countless hours of mentorship, and leading by example! He had a great year duck and goose hunting as well.
Thank you so much for everything. I am quite certain as soon as he is able, Nathan will someday follow in your footsteps and be a mentor to other youth.

“I like the kids to be able to do some of the things I can’t do, because I’m working on Saturdays. And these guys (KAMO mentors) are experts and give all the pointers to be successful”.
“The camping trip at Goose Island turned out to be among two of the best days of my life”
“I would recommend other kids get involved in KAMO because it is a very, very good experience”.
“I get more out of it when I get someone else interested in fishing and see them excited about catching a fish for the first time”.
Tim Collins – Coulee Mentor
“Getting the kids outdoors is very rewarding. KAMO is about getting the kids exposed to this stuff and creating a lifelong passion, a lifelong enjoyment”.
Mike Hodgins – Coulee Mentor
“We greatly appreciate all KAMO does and your mentor’s passion for youth mentoring! We are lucky to have you as part of our program. Thanks again!”
Big Brothers/ Big Sisters of the Seven Rivers Region
My son was in a shell for years. I could see him progressively gain confidence as he attended KAMO outings. This led to his involvement in other pursuits, gaining friendships, winning award recognition in sports, and now he is college bound. There is no question that KAMO played a major role in his success story and I can’t thank your mentors enough.
