Service Area: La Crosse County, S.E. Minnesota.
We are activity based – we plan, finance, and run events that families can come to. It is all free.
In 2026, we hope to start a new hunting cohort – that is, to pick up some more kids interested in hunting.
We could also use experienced adult hunters to be mentors for hunting.

Did you know? – The Brice Prairie Conservation Club is offering use of their cabin near Lytles Landing for groups like yours to have nature activities. It doesn?t see enough use. Here?s a couple ideas the KAMO mentors came up with at their January 5th meeting: A program about bats around June 5th (or so) starting about 45 minutes before sunset. A bird ID walk the second week of June.
Do you have something outdoor/ nature related in mind? Let us know what you are thinking and see if we can help with it.
